Service
Policies Please allow 3 weeks from the time you send your machine to us for a
return. West coast customer's machines can take 5 days to reach us.
We request all repairs be sent either UPS or Fed EX and you report
the tracking number to us. In turn when your repair is returned we
will email you a tracking number.
We are not responsible for items lost while in transit.
Once your machine is reviewed for the problems you have stated, you
will then receive a phone call or email with your estimate. After
the estimate is approved your machine will then be repaired and
returned to you within a few days, as long as all needed parts are
in stock. If you reject your estimate and do not want us to service
the machine you will need to tell UPS to pick the machine up from
our service center. There is a 25.00 estimate charge for all
machines that are not serviced.
Payments Accepted: Due to the type of service being offered we only
accept online checks for service work. The Online Check will have to
be received and cleared before the sewing machine can be shipped
back to you. Payments must be received within one week of the day
the estimate is provided.
