Step 1: Ship the Machine
It is best to ship every machine in the original carton
with original foam inserts. If you don't have the
original box, you should consider taking it to a UPS
Store or Kinko's and they will package it and take care
of the shipment for you. We can not be held responsible
for items received in damaged condition because of
inadequate packing. Please be sure to also insure your
machine to its retail value. Keep your tracking number
and track your packages arrival via UPS Tracking.
Step 2: Include Vital Items
Please make a note all items packaged with repair like
foot controller, cord, accessory tray, bobbin, bobbin
case and feet. Please
be sure to include the "Issues sheet" so that we know
who's machine it is and what is wrong with it.
Once Your Machine has been Received:
Your machine will be repaired in the order that it was
received. Once your machine is reviewed for the problems
you have stated, you will then receive a phone call or
email with your estimate. After the estimate is approved
your machine will then be repaired and returned to you
within a few days, as long as all needed parts are in
stock.Payments Accepted: Due to the
type of service being offered we only accept online
checks for service work. The Online Check will have to
be received and cleared before the sewing machine can be
shipped back to you. |
